What makes Tammee Barch uniquely qualified to represent you?
Tammee Barch has been a Legal Assistant for Deborah L. Lesko since 1995 and she is the Office Manager.
Tammee specializes in the areas of Estate Law, Adoption Law and Family Law.
- Estate law (including Estate Administration and Estate Planning). She not only provides excellence in assisting in the legal services provided by Attorney Lesko, but also works closely with Executors/Executrices, other Attorneys and Heirs in all aspects of the estate administration and works with our clients in preparing their estate planning documents.
- Adoption law (including private & agency adoptions, Step-Parent & Relative adoptions, domestic and international adoptions). She not only provides excellence in assisting in the legal services provided by Attorney Lesko, but also works closely with Birthparents, Adoptive Parents, Agency Coordinators and other Attorneys in all aspects of the adoptions.
- Family Law (including divorce and custody matters). She assists the attorneys and the clients in all steps throughout the case to assist in preparation of pleadings, discovery, etc, and to ensure clients are kept informed.
Additionally, Tammee manages all aspects of the office to ensure that the office runs efficiently and smoothly on a day to day basis to best serve our clients.
Tammee is a graduate of ICM School of Business in Secretarial Sciences in 1987 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notary Publics since 1989.
